bigger sizes of B-17...



I noticed, when I viewed the blog, I couldn't even try to make him out, so here are two of those pictures, enlarged.

This is a B-17 G by the chin turret of twin .50 heavy Machine guns. Earlier versions used single .30 mgs through the plexyglass--hand directed by the bombardier. The twins were powered and much easier to direct on enemies coming in from the front of the plane!
